LeFLORE—LeFlore split its games with Buffalo Valley in Class B district tournament championship action Saturday.
The Lady Savages had a big comeback in the fourth quarter to capture the district championship with a 46-35 win while Buffalo Valley’s boys won, 52-44.
LeFlore’s girls trailed 34-29 going into the fourth quarter before outscoring Buffalo Valley 17-1 in the final quarter for the win. LeFlore (14-12) was led by Haylee Newman with 17 points and Shadie Crase with 13.

LeFlore’s boys could not overcome a 34-11 deficit at halftime and fell to Buffalo Valley. Hagen Earls led the Savages (8-19) with 14 points. Buffalo Valley (19-6) got 19 points from Landon Collins and 10 from Jaden Jackson.
LeFlore will host the regional tournament starting Thursday. The Lady Savages play the Boswell/Whitesboro winner at 6:30 p.m. while the Savages take on the Boswell/Whitesboro loser at 3 p.m.
