HOWE—Howe and Red Oak split their games here Friday.
Howe’s girls took the opener in a contest featuring top 10 teams, 67-43.
Howe improved to 18-3 and is ranked fourth in 2A. Red Oak, fifth in Class B, drops to 17-7.
Jalei Oglesby had another huge game for Howe, scoring 35 points. Haylee Keech led Red Oak with 13 points.
Red Oak, ranked second in Class B, improved to 20-4 with the win. The Eagles were led by Jacob Armstrong’s 17 points, Grayson Nix had 16 and Brett Deatherage finished with 11 points.
Howe (14-6) was led by Michael Dean’s 26 points. Haydon Hall added 12 for the Lions.
