POTEAU—Roland won both NOAA games over Poteau here on Tuesday.

Roland’s girls jumped ahead 21-0 in the first quarter and went on to a 69-44 win while the Rangers built a 52-27 lead at the half and cruised to a 92-52 win over Poteau’s boys to complete the sweep.

Kenzie Newman led Poteau with 26 points.

Kyson Hardaway led the Pirates with 20 points and Jameson Shackelford added 13.

Poteau visits Muldrow on Friday.
