OKLAHOMA CITY—Whitesboro and Bennington split their games Friday at the Court of Dreams game at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Whitesboro’s boys won, 58-53, while Bennington’s girls held on for a 48-40 win.
Bennington’s girls went on an 11-2 run to start the fourth quarter to build a 13-point lead. Whitesboro cut the lead to 46-40 late, but failed to score again.
Ashley Johnson and Holly Bowman each scored six points for Whitesboro.
Whitesboro’s boys trailed 42-37 going into the fourth quarter before going on an 11-0 run to take the lead. The Bulldogs were led by Corben Culley with 20 points and Bobby Rose added 11.
