HOWE—Funeral services for Debbie Ann Hampton, 62, of Howe are Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Stewart officiating.
Burial will follow at the Howe Cemetery, under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener.
She was born Feb. 19, 1955 in Borger, Texas to Curtis and Nita (Wright) Williamson and passed away Oct. 4, 2017 in Tulsa.
Debbie was a 1973 Howe High School graduate and was a secretary for the Department of Human Services. She attended First Southern Baptist Church in Wister. Debbie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Williamson; stepfather, Ed Underwood; and one brother, Mike “Jughead” Williamson.
Surviving family members are her husband, Jerry Hampton, of the home; one son Mark Hampton and wife Kristy of Shawnee; her mother, Nita Underwood, of Howe; one sister-in-law Patricia Rogers and husband Jerry of Nashville, Ark.; one brother-in-law, Troy Hampton, of Poteau; one granddaughter, Taryn Hampton; one nephew, Michael Williamson, of Fort Smith, Ark.; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Pallbearers are Jerry McDonald, Donnie Killion, Matthew Killion, Ricky Ford, Kevin Heflin and Joe Hardy.
Viewing is Friday from 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until noon at the funeral home. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
