A Bokoshe woman was injured Thursday night approximately two miles west of Keota in an auto accident.
Betty M. Bloxham, 55, of Bokoshe was driving a 1990 Chevrolet truck on county road 1220 when the accident happened just after 11 p.m.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol accident report, Blaxham was driving too fast for the road conditions. Her truck overturned, ejecting her.
Bloxham was transported to Sparks Medical Center, where she was admitted in stable condition with leg, arm and head injuries.
She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The accident was investigated by Trooper Burkley Cash and assisted by the Haskell County sheriff’s office.
