POTEAU—The 2017 fast-pitch softball LeFlore County Tournament champion will be decided Thursday at the PARC.
Only four teams are left going into the final day. Heavener and Pocola play in the winner’s bracket final while Howe and Wister compete in the loser’s bracket finals at 5 p.m.
The winner of the Howe and Wister game plays the Heavener and Pocola loser at 6:30 p.m. The winner advances to the championship game against the Heavener/Pocola winner. If the Heavener/Pocola winner takes the 8 p.m. game, the tournament is over.
The “if” game is scheduled for 8:55 p.m.
Heavener and Pocola both won Tuesday to advance. The Lady Wolves downed Spiro, 3-0, while Pocola defeated defending LCT champion Poteau, 11-1.
Howe and Wister both won three games Tuesday to stay alive.
