LeFLORE—Howe scored nine runs in the fifth innings to rally past LeFlore, 15-11, in high school baseball action Tuesday.
The Lions totaled 16 hits in the win as Tyler Singleterry was 3-3 with three runs and three RBI and Trever Sockey was 3-4 with three RBI, two doubles and two runs. Tyler Sockey had four RBI while going 2-3. Diego Sanchez scored four runs and was 2-5 with a RBI while Carson McGee went 2-5 with a run and a RBI.
Every Howe starter had at least one hit. Singleterry went 3.0 innings, allowing four hits and striking out four while Sanchez pitched 4.0 innings, giving up four hits and striking out two.
LeFlore is at Red Oak on Thursday while Howe plays Pittsburg at Kiowa on Friday.
