Heavener’s girls improved to 13-2 in slow-pitch softball on Monday with a 9-1 win over LeFlore.
LeFlore’s Kaylee Roath scored in the first inning to give the Lady Savages the lead but they were blanked the remainder of the contest.
Heavener tied the score in the bottom of the second, then added three runs in the third, two in the fourth and three more in the sixth.
Erica Lemay was 2-2 for Heavener with a run scored and RBI, Makayla Cheek went 2-3 with three runs and a RBI, Cheyenne Cranfield scored three times while Jodie Hill and Mattison Place each scored two runs.
Heavener is at Talihina on Tuesday.
