WILBURTON—Heavener had a good showing in its first track meet of the year on Thursday at the Wilburton Invitational.
Heavener will host its track meet on Tuesday at Harvey Stadium.
For the girls, Heavener was second overall as Lexi Moody was first in the discus and fifth in the shot, Sydney Crase took first in the shot, Jodie Hill was first in the 100-meter dash, first in the 100 hurdles and second in the 200.
The 1,600 relay team of Barbara Johnson, Johna Enger, Malory Lunch and Amanda Johansson were fourth. Shakotah Cripps came in fourth in the shot and fifth in the discus, Kelsey Janway was fourth in the discus, Lynch was third in the high jump, Kelli Jo Morgan came in fifth in the high jump, fifth in the long jump, fourth in the 300 hurdle and third in the 100 hurdle.
Shaylie Sanders was third in the long jump, Kajea Art placed fourth in the long jump and sixth in the twoo, Johnson was third in the 300 hurdles, second in the 3,200 run and third in the 800, Enger was fifth in the 800 and the 400 and Johannson came in sixth in the 400.
For the Wolves, Bryce Tolleson was first in the shot put and Justin Page was second in the discus and fourth in the shot put. The 400 relay team of Jacob Hill, Dillan Stallings, Justin Stallings and Connor Place were fifth, Keith Fleig came in fifth in both the 1,600 and 3,200, Dillan Stallings was fourth in the 300 hurdles, Justin Stallings was second and Place fourth in the long jump, Clay Caughern took fourth in the high jump and Tyler Eagle was fourth in the discus.
