POTEAU–Nioma Aline Luman, 83, of Poteau passed away Nov. 2, 2014 in Poteau. She was born Sept. 19, 1931 in Reichert to Cleave and Ruth Helen (Milligan) Hamner, was a provider and homemaker.
Service are Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel with Pastor Johnny Montgomery officiating. Interment will follow service at the Reichert Cemetery, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother John Hamner; son-in-law Ronnie Sumpter; and her little dog Nipper.
Survivors include a son Terry Allison of Tennessee; a daughter, Marla Sumpter, of Red Oak; five brothers, Frank Hamner of Howe, Dennis Hamner of Summerfield, Bob Hamner of Talihina, Charles Hamner of Hodgen and J.C. Hamner of Heavener; four sisters, Sue Brannon of Arkoma, Martha Naylor and Carolyn Ford, both of Howe, and Patricia Brown; three grandchildren, Nicole Kramer, Brian Allison, and Ryan Sumpter and wife Sherie; eight great grandchildren, Alyssa and Mason Kramer, Caden and Riley Sumpter, Chasen, Kaylee, Brianna and Stormee Allison; and her most valued companion “Little Guy”.
Pallbearers are Ryan Sumpter, Mason Kramer, Caden Sumpter and Brian Allison.
