HOWE–Donald Ray Stephens, 57, of Howe passed away on Oct. 3, 2014 in Howe. He was born Oct. 5, 1956 in Sapulpa to Claude and Hazel (Weaver) Stephens and was a former real estate appraiser and agent for Mainstreet Realtor in San Jacinto, Calif. until owning his own real estate agency before retiring.
A memorial service is Monday at 10 a.m. at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel. He was cremated under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home.
He is survived by a daughter, Cheyene Bergman and husband Colt of Arizona; two sons, Cole Stephens of Poteau, and Johnathan Lumly and wife Becky of Colorado; his mother, Hazel Stephens of California; four sisters, Sue Shelton and husband Harold of Kansas, Patsy Wells of California, Janice Stephens of California, and Kelli Leese and husband Mike of California; one brother, Tommy Stephens of Washington; three grandchildren, Gryffin, Ava, and Jackson; 11 nieces and nephews; and 16 great nieces and nephews.
